YOUR PERFECT RUNNING PARTNER HAS ARRIVED. LEARN MORE ABOUT THE NEW APP'S FEATURES AND HOW THEY COULD BENEFIT YOU AS A RUNNER.
Built to provide you with the community, guidance and motivation you need to reach all of your running goals—no matter how big or small—the new Nike+ Run Club app is officially here. We know that many of you are used to the previous Nike+ Running app and change can be hard, but we also know that you're going to really enjoy the new and improved features once you get more familiar with them, too.

NIKE+ COACH
Whether you're training to unlock a race PR, or just looking to get started (or get fit), Nike+ Coach will deliver a personalized plan just for you. Since your schedule can change on any given day/week, the new coaching plans are designed to be flexible with you. Simply hit the "edit schedule" button to drag and drop workouts to the days of the week that work best for you. And if you happen to miss a few days, that's okay—your program will automatically adapt to optimize your results.
How to use: Simply tap on the "Coach" tab text on the main landing page of the app.

CHALLENGES
Now you can motivate your friends and join challenges with other runners across the globe through #hashtag leaderboards, which show you how many Nike+ members with their privacy settings set to "Public" are participating in the group and how many miles have been shared using that hashtag.
How to use: To create a new #hashtag leaderboard, create your own unique hashtag (e.g. #Run100miles), share it with your friends and include it in all your post-run shares to the Nike+ Feed. To see the global community leaderboard for and/or participate in a hashtag challenge, make sure your Nike+ profile settings are set to "Public."

SOCIAL SHARING
The Nike+ Run Club app is integrated with native sharing extensions, so you can share to any other app on your phone, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and WeChat. However, it doesn't automatically share to social networks like the Nike+ Running app used to, so you have control over what's posted. After your run, you can choose to share your running route, along with a photo from your camera roll or a custom poster. You can also embellish photos with new stickers, create captions, title your runs and tag friends.
How to use: Any post you share must include an image, route or poster.

THE FEED
The Feed is the place to follow your friends' activities within the Nike+ Run Club and Nike+ Training Club apps. It's also where you have inside access to all things running: You'll find Pro Tips from Nike+ Run Club Coaches, Pacers and Nike elite athletes, plus exclusive content, like featured playlists expertly curated for your next run. You'll also gain access to live events and special offers for products and services designed to help you unlock your potential.
How to use: Every time you share something to the Feed, your Nike+ friends will be able to cheer you on and comment on your run.
